New Middle School Science App for iPad, iPhone, and iPod

While flying a monkey through space and avoiding asteroids, students answer questions on middle school science topics. Joining the existing Middle School Math 7th Grade and Middle School Vocab 7th Grade apps, Middle School Science 8th Grade help fills the "app gap" for middle school (junior high) students.

Prepare for 8th Grade Science testing:
In the spring of 8th grade, all students in the United States take a standardized science test. Because this test covers topics learned over the three years of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, it is especially helpful to review. The free app includes four quizzes: Matter, Geology, Astronomy, and Weather. The Pro version adds quizzes on Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Experimental Method, Periodic Table, and Energy.
