Dolly Drive Promotes Family Backup for Fathers Day Citing FEMA Campaign

New York, NY    Jun 19, 2012

[prMac.com] New York, New York - Cirrus Thinking, makers of the award-winning Dolly Drive cloud backup and storage for Mac, have launched a "Be the Dad!" promotional campaign through Father's day to encourage families to backup their most vital data on their computers using cloud storage. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) cites the importance of cloud backup in their disaster preparedness campaign "Resolve to be Ready 2012" at Ready.gov

"One of the most important things Dads do for their families is to ensure their safety and protection in any situation". said Anthony Palermo, CEO of Dolly Drive. "That includes providing the tools to protect family pictures, documents, videos and virtually every single thing they put on their computers."

"We built Dolly Drive with family capabilities so that a single admin could make sure everything under a household's 'virtual roof' was synced, stored and backed up in the cloud. When you add our built in bootable local clone, its safe to say that if you want to 'Be the Dad' Dolly Drive does more to protect user data and give them access than any service in the market."

As part of the promotion, Dolly Drive will offer 3 months free on all one and two-year contracts of their sync, store, backup and clone service for Mac. The iDolly App can be downloaded for Free on the App store.

Dolly Drive is an all-in-one sync, store and backup service designed for Mac. In addition to providing Mac users offsite cloud storage and mobile access to expand hard drive space, the application allows users to create a bootable clone of their Mac on an external hard drive for local disaster recovery.
